摘要
汽车变速器的应用实现了汽车的输出转矩和输出速率呈反比,且保持输出功率恒定不变的理想传动特性。金属带式无级变速器具有传动性能好、结构简单、耗油低、操作简单的特性,具有广阔的应用前景。本文以金属带式无级变速器为研究对象,对其传动性能进行了分析。结果表明,优化后的金属带式无级变速器的传动性能高于自动变速器和机械变速器,而加速性能明显升高,本文的研究成果对推动新型汽车产业的发展提供了一定的帮助。
The application of automobile transmission realizes the ideal transmission characteristic that the output torque and output rate of the automobile are inversely proportional, and the output power is kept constant. Metal Belt CVT has the characteristics of good transmission performance, simple structure, low fuel consumption and simple operation, and has broad application prospects. In this paper, the transmission performance of Metal belt CVT is analyzed by taking it as the research object. The results show that the transmission performance of the optimized metal belt CVT is higher than that of the automatic transmission and mechanical transmission, and the acceleration performance is obviously increased, and the research results in this paper provide some help to promote the development of the new automobile industry.
