Problems and Countermeasures in technical management of Tonglushan Mine

铜绿山矿是一座具有多年历史的国有大型矿山,近年来,随着新系统的投产,井下深部采矿产能逐年提高,目前年处理矿石120万t,矿山面临生产中段多、管理难度大的问题。本文就现阶段技术管理存在的问题进行分析,并提出了合理改进措施及建议。

Tonglushan Mine is a large state-owned mine with many years of history. In recent years, with the commissioning of the new system, the deep mining energy of underground mine has increased year by year. At present, 1.2 million tons of ore are treated annually. The mine is facing many problems in production and management. In this paper, the existing problems of technology management at the present stage are analyzed, and reasonable improvement measures and suggestions are put forward.
