N-端脑钠肽前体在慢性丙型肝炎患者的表达及意义被引量：1

摘要目的本文旨在探讨N-端脑钠肽前体(N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide,NT-proBNP)在慢性丙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis C,CHC)患者血清中的表达及意义。方法实验组CHC患者48例,对照组健康体检人群38例。记录临床资料,空腹采血测定HCV RNA、肝功能、血脂及血糖等指标,NT-proBNP浓度检测应用ELASA方法,河北省人民医院超声科2名医师同时测定心脏超声。结果实验组NT-proBNP水平显著高于对照组。CHC患者NT-proBNP与左房内径(left atrial diameter,LA)、左室后壁厚度(left ventricular posterior wall thickness,LVPW)呈正相关。结论在CHC患者中检测NT-proBNP有助于评估其心血管损害。
