在新时代体育强国建设进程中,深化体育产业供给侧结构性改革,对助力体育产业高质量发展,满足人民美好生活需要具有重要意义。采用新供给经济学、产业经济学相关理论,以体育产业供给侧结构性矛盾展开,在分析体育产业供给侧结构性矛盾的表现形式的基础上,探寻体育产业供给侧结构性矛盾的形成原因,最后提出体育产业供给侧结构性改革路径。(1)体育产业供给侧结构性矛盾表现在体育产业发展不平衡不充分,亟需满足人民群众多样化体育需求;体育产业发展质量和效益不高,亟需优化体育资源配置;体育产业结构不合理,亟需增加体育有效供给;体育产业政策供给不充分,亟需补齐政策供给短板;体育市场主体活力和创造力不强,亟需发挥市场主体地位。(2)体育产业供给侧结构性矛盾的形成原因有体育多元市场主体尚未形成,体育有效供给不足;大众消费结构升级,体育有效需求加大;体育服务业比重偏低,与大众多样化体育需求不符;公共体育服务非均等化,体育供需失衡。(3)体育产业供给侧结构性改革需要完善体育产业政策体系,强化政策供给;深化体育领域"放管服"改革,夯实制度供给;推动运动项目产业为核心,增强产品供给;培育体育多元市场主体,深化资本要素供给。

In the process of sports power in the new era,it is of great significance to deepen the supply-side structural reform of sports industry to promote its high-quality development and keep up with the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life. Based on the theories of new supply economics and industrial eco-nomics,this paper analyzed the manifestations and explores the causes of structural contradictions on the supply side of sports industry,and finally puts forwardthe path of supply-side structural reform of sports industry. The structural contradiction of the supply side of the sports industry is manifested in its unbalancedand insufficient development,and the diversified needs of people require meeting urgently;the quality and efficiency of the development of sports industry is nothigh,and it is urgent to optimize the allocation of sports resources;The industry is structured badly,and there is an immediate need to increase the effective sup-ply of sports;the insufficient policy supply renders it urgent to fill the short supply of policies;The main entities in sports industry that in need of play the lead-ing role in the market lacks vitality and creativity. The reasons for the structural contradictions on the supply side of sports industry are as follows:the main bodyof diversified sports market has not yet formed,the effective supply of sports is insufficient;the structure of mass consumption has been upgraded and the effec-tive demand for sports has increased;the proportion of sports service industry is low,which is inconsistent with the large number of diversified sports demand;the unequal public sports service and the imbalance of sports supply and demand. The supply-side structural reform of sports industry needs to perfect the poli-cy system of sports industry and strengthen the policy supply;deepen the reform of "loose control and uniform" in sports field,tamp the system supply;promote sports industry as the core,enhance the supply of products;cultivate multi-sports market subject,deepen the supply of capital elements.
