Influence of high-intensity interval training combined with strength training on 5 km armed cross-country training performance in special-police students

摘要 【目的】探寻高强度间歇训练结合力量训练与传统耐力训练对特战学员5千米武装越野成绩的影响。【方法】40名特警新学员随机分为高强度间歇训练结合力量训练组(A组)和传统耐力训练组(B组),进行为期8周的运动干预,观察干预前后两组学员5千米武装越野跑成绩及越野跑后3、15 min血乳酸值以反映训练成果,同时观察干预前后血清睾酮和皮质醇值以反映干预前后身体机能情况。【结果】A组干预前后5千米武装越野成绩具有统计学意义提高(P<0.01),B组干预前后5千米武装越野成绩没有差异,且A组成绩的提高幅度高于B组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组学员运动后的血乳酸值无显著差异,干预后A组和B组运动后第3 min、第15 min的血乳酸值减低,具有统计学意义(P<0.01),干预后A组运动后第3 min(P<0.05)、第15 min(P<0.01)的血乳酸值低于B组,且乳酸恢复效率速度也高于B组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组和B组干预前后血清睾酮值和血清睾酮/血清皮质醇出现明显下降,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。【结论】高强度间歇训练结合力量训练可显著提高特战学员5千米武装越野的成绩,并有效提高耐力水平。 【Objective】To explore the influence of high-intensity interval training combined with strength training and traditional endurance training on 5 km armed cross-country training performance in special-police students.【Methods】An eight-week exercise intervention was conducted on 40 special-police students. They were randomly divided into the combination group of high-intensity interval training and strength training (group A) and the group of traditional endurance training (group B). The training results were reflected by the performance of 5 km armed cross-country training and blood lactate level at 3 min and 15 min after the training. At the same time, the serum levels of testosterone and cortisol before and after intervention were observed to reflect the physical function.【Results】According to group A, there was significant difference in 5 km armed cross-country training performance before and after the trainging (P<0.01). There was no difference in group B. The performance in group A was improved more greatly than that in group B (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the level of blood lactate between the two groups before the training. However, after the training, the level of blood lactate in both groups decreased at 3 min and 15 min after the training (P<0.01). After the training, was lower than that in group B at 3 min (P<0.05) and 15 min (P<0.01). Moreover, the level of blood lactate in group A recovered more quickly (P< 0.05). The serum levels of testosterone and cortisol in both groups decreased significantly after the training (P<0.01).【Conclusion】 High-intensity interval training combined with strength training can significantly improve the 5 km armed cross-country training performance in special-police students and effectively improve their endurance performance.
