地下铰接式自卸车传动系统是其重要的组成单元,包括变速箱、分动箱、前桥、中桥、后桥、制动器等功能部件。对目前各厂家生产的地下铰接式自卸车特点及技术应用情况作了分析。通过传动系统各部件的具体分析,设计出了适用于工况恶劣、湿滑泥泞施工场所的地下铰接式自卸车。

The driving system of the underground articulated dumping truck was an important component unit,including the gearbox,transfer box,front axle,rear axle,brake and other functional components.An analysis was conducted on the features and the technical application of the underground articulated dumping truck made by each manufacturer at present.With a certain analysis on each part of the driving system,the underground articulated dumping truck was designed suitable for the terrible working condition and wet slipping muddy construction site.
