摘要
提出一种传输效率预估的方法,解决了无线电能传输系统理论研究时参数由来问题;同时,针对试验时所需线圈参数,以系统功效积为指标,优化线圈获得相关参数。首先运用电路理论对SS型无线电能传输系统分析,联系实际预估负载的效率,进而得到系统理论研究时所需参数。其次,在线圈设计过程中,考虑线圈半径、匝数、线径及传输距离等因素,以系统功效积最大化为目标,运用理论与仿真相结合的方法,解决了特定情况下线圈优化设计问题。最后,以40 W灯泡为充电对象搭建了试验平台,试验结果与仿真分析具有较好的一致性,验证了所提方法的正确性与可行性。
A method on estimation of transmission efficiency was proposed,which solves the problem of the origin of parameters in the theoretical research of wireless power transfer system.Besides,in order to obtain the coil parameters,the value of efficiency and power multiplication is targeted to optimize the parameters related.First,the SS wireless transmission system was analyzed via circuit theory.The efficiency of the load was estimated according to the actual conditions,and the parameters required for system theoretical research were obtained.Second,in the process of designing coil parameters,the factors such as coil radius,number of turns,wire diameter and transmission distance were considered.With the objective of maximizing efficiency of the system,the way of combining theory with simulation was used to solve the problem of coil optimization under specific conditions.Finally,the experimental platform was built with a 40 W bulb as the charging target.The experimental results are consistent with the simulation analysis,which verifies the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method.
