2018年国内外传染病领域重要事件回顾

回首2018年,埃博拉病毒病在非洲死灰复燃,全球多个地区暴发霍乱,登革热病例数居高不下,尼帕病毒病在印度闪现,非洲猪瘟突然在中国多个地方出现等,使传染病工作者不断面临挑战。针对埃博拉病毒病的rVSV-ZEBOV疫苗及ZMapp、Remdesivir、mAb114等多种药物的临床使用都取得较好的效果。首例免疫艾滋病的基因编辑婴儿诞生引起悍然大波。2018年中国国内上市药物数量和质量都有所提升,传染病领域主要涉及丙型肝炎、乙型肝炎以及艾滋病的药物呈现暴发式增长。本文仅对2018年传染病领域若干重点事件特别是我国的事件进行回顾。

Looking back on 2018,the resurgence of Ebola in Africa,cholera outbreaks in many regions of the world,persistently high number of dengue fever cases,sudden emergence of Nipah virus disease in India,and sudden emergence of African swine fever in many areas of China have challenged medical personnel in infectious diseases.The preliminary effects of many drugs,such as rVSV-ZEBOV vaccine,ZMapp,Remdesivir,mAb114 and so on,against Ebola virus disease have achieved good news.The birth of the first gene edited infant immunized against AIDS has caused an explosive reaction.In 2018,the quantity and quality of marketed medicine in China are unprecedented,and the predominant drugs involving hepatitis C,hepatitis B and AIDS have achieved an explosive growth in the field of infectious diseases.This article only reviews some important events in field of infectious diseases in 2018,especially those in China.
