Construction of a database system of rapid data acquisition for emerging infectious diseases

目的构建新突发传染病信息采集快捷数据库系统。方法基于B/S网络架构,以ASP.NET语言设计系统功能,结合SQL Server数据库技术,实现快速建模和快捷数据采集功能。结果通过模板自由快速创建系统,实现信息数据的快速采集和统计分析,以及为第三方统计分析软件提供数据源功能。结合临床试验标准操作规程对数据库的要求,实现了后台修改痕迹核查功能,双人双录入及自动核查功能,不同权限管理功能等。结论该系统可根据新突发传染病的疾病信息采集需求迅速建库,实现诊治信息的迅速采集、存储及分析,为循证诊治提供支持,并为临床医学研究提供安全、保密、规范的数据库支持系统。

Objective To build a rapid data acquisition database of emerging infectious disease. Methods ASP.NET language was used to design the system function and SQL Server database technology was used to realize the rapid modeling and data acquisition based on B/S architecture. Results The system realized rapid acquisition and statistical analysis of information data through freely and quickly created templates, and provided data source functions for third-party statistical analysis software. Consistent with GCP’s requirements for the database, some features, such as the background modification trace check function, double-person double-entry and automatic verification functions and different right management functions were realized. Conclusions This system enables to rapidly create a database and collects, stores and analyzes information about the diagnosis and treatment when an infectious disease suddenly breaks out. It will support evidence-based diagnosis and treatment, and provide a safe, confidential and standardized database support system for clinical medical research.
