摘要 目的探讨血清降钙素原(procalcitonin, PCT)定量检测在细菌感染患者中的诊断价值。方法选取2016年9月—2018年5月在我院住院治疗并发生医院细菌感染者131例,比较血清PCT水平在不同年龄、不同感染严重程度患者之间以及革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌感染患者之间的差异。结果 131例患者血清PCT水平均高于正常值;年龄<60岁组与年龄≥60岁组PCT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);脓毒症组血清PCT水平明显高于局部感染组(P <0.05);革兰阴性菌感染组血清PCT水平明显高于革兰阳性菌感染组(P <0.05)。结论 PCT可以作为细菌感染的重要诊断指标,并能够对患者感染严重程度进行评估。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of serum procalcitonin(PCT)in patients with bacterial infection.Methods A total of 131 patients of nosocomial bacterial infections who treated in our hospital from September 2016 to May 2018 were selected.The differences of serum PCT among patients of different ages,patients with different severity of infection,between patients with Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacterial infections were compared.Results Serum PCT level in 131 patients was higher than normal level.There were no significant differences in PCT level between the age group of less than 60 years and the age group of higher than 60 years(P>0.05).Serum PCT level in sepsis group was significantly higher than that in local infection group(P<0.05).Serum PCT level in Gram-negative bacterial infection group was significantly higher than that in Gram-positive bacterial infection group(P<0.05).Conclusions PCT can be used as an important diagnostic indicator of bacterial infection and can assess the severity of infection.
