摘要
制备了水貂犬瘟热活疫苗(以下简称犬瘟活疫苗)与水貂细小病毒性肠炎灭活疫苗(以下简称肠炎灭活苗)各3批,通过半成品及成品检验结果显示,生产的2种疫苗合格且生产工艺稳定。通过采用肠炎灭活苗稀释犬瘟活疫苗,实现2种疫苗联合(简称联合疫苗)后,体外接种Vero细胞,采用专用稀释液稀释的犬瘟活疫苗作对照,在25℃存放条件下,5 h内两者的犬瘟热病毒含量无明显差异,表明该方法对犬瘟热病毒的存活无明显影响。将联合疫苗免疫水貂10只,犬瘟活疫苗、肠炎灭活苗分别免疫10只水貂作为单苗对照组,免疫后21 d采血,测定3组的抗体水平,联合疫苗组的犬瘟热病毒中和抗体和细小病毒HI抗体分别与对应单苗的抗体水平无明显差异,表明联合疫苗具有与单苗相当的免疫效力。该研究为进一步研发水貂犬瘟活疫苗与肠炎灭活苗联苗奠定了基础。
The study prepared 3 batches of mink canine distemper live vaccine and mink parvovirus inactivated vaccine respectively. The results of semi-finished products and finished products of vaccine showed that the two vaccines were qualified and the production process was stable. Vero cells were inoculated after the combination of two vaccines by the mink parvovirus enteritis inactivated vaccine to dilute the live vaccine of the canine distemper. The results indicated that the virus contents of live vaccine of the canine distemper which was diluted by the mink parvovirus enteritis inactivated vaccine (trial group) at 25℃,5h was not significantly different compared to the canine distemper live vaccine which was diluted by the special diluent (control group). The combined vaccine immunized 10 minks , canine distemper vaccine and enteritis inactivated vaccine were immunized 10 minks as the control group, and the antibody levels of the three groups were determined until 21 days after immunization. The SNagainst CDVand the HI against MEVof the combined vaccine were not significantly different from that of the corresponding single vaccine, respectively. This study indicated that the combined vaccine has the same immune effect as the single vaccine. This trial establish basis for further studying the combined vaccine of mink canine distemper vaccine and mink parvovirus inactivated vaccine.
