摘要
[目的]随着全社会环保呼声和意识的不断提升,我国海上风电事业迎来了蓬勃发展的态势,如何确保海上风电项目的平稳着陆,是当前投资方关注的重点。[方法]以海上升压站为例,应用风险管理理论,对海上升压站勘察设计、建造、施工、运输、安装等方面存在的重要风险点,进行全面深入的风险识别和风险分析。[结果]提出了海上升压站钻孔布置、海洋土力学参数确定、疲劳破坏、建造、沉桩、施工窗口期、整体组装式运输以及安装等风险的控制措施。[结论]对海上升压站的风险识别、分析与控制措施,可作为海上风电场项目风险管控的参考。
[Introduction]With the rising of the demand for the environmental protection,Offshore wind power industry in China becomes vigorous,investors pay more attention to make sure the offsore wind power safe.[Method]In this paper,with risk management process,risks of the survey、design、building、construction、transportation、installation of the offshore substation were analyzed comprehensively.[Result]The treaments for the risks of borehole layout、confirmation of marine soil parameters、fatigue failure、building、piling、construction window period、transportation and installation of integral assembling of the offshore substation are put forward.[Conclusion]The conclusion of this paper is the reference for the risk management of offshore wind farm.
