摘要
介绍MVR蒸发技术的主要设备及工作原理,阐述其是一种对外界能源需求少的新型高效节能的蒸发技术。文章以韶关冶炼厂废水处理工程为例,探讨了采用MVR蒸发技术处理冶金工业废水的可能性,该厂首先对工业废水进行反渗透等膜浓缩后,采用机械蒸汽再压缩(MVR)技术对其进行蒸发、浓缩、结晶,实现媒介中的水和无机盐分离,最终达到冶金工业废水零排放。
