破碎带条件下巷道支护方式研究

摘要 在开采深度逐渐加深的情况下,原岩应力逐渐加大,同时构造应力也不断加强,使得采掘施工围岩应力变得越来严重,巷道越向深处地压情况变得越来越高。四中段1475m水平及以下地压活动日趋强烈,在300区域形成一条宽约15m、长约100m的破碎带。该区域岩层片理极为发育,遇水即软化,稳固性极差,巷道形成不久就会发生变形,由此造成片帮冒顶情况,给施工工作人员安全造成极大的威胁;同时影响二期基建工程进度。深部矿业公司虽然也采取过相应的补救措施,取得了一定的成效,但已耗费了大量的人力、物力和资金。 With the deepening of mining depth, the original rock stress is gradually increasing, and the tectonic stress is also constantly strengthening, which makes the surrounding rock stress of mining construction become more and more serious, and the ground pressure of roadway becomes higher and higher as it goes deeper. Ground pressure activity at or below 1475m level in the fourth middle section is becoming more and more intense, forming a fractured zone with a width of about 15 m and a length of about 100 m in the 300 area. In this area, the rock strata are very developed, softening when water is encountered, and the stability is very poor. The roadway will be deformed soon after it is formed, which will cause the roof fall of the sheet wall, and pose a great threat to the safety of construction workers. At the same time, it will affect the progress of the second phase of infrastructure projects. Although deep mining companies have taken corresponding remedial measures and achieved some results, they have spent a lot of manpower, material resources and funds.
