摘要
天车定子调压调速装置的应用广泛,在变频器普遍使用的时代,定子调压装置仍具有其优越性,安装简便、快捷,操作简单,维护容易。定子调压调速装置串联于定子回路,控制单元通过改变绕线电机每相背对背并联的一组可控硅的触发角度来改变电机的定子电压。电机力矩与定子电压平方成正比。电机速度通过转子频率懂得反馈来测定。电机方向转换通过外接两个换向接触器,在控制单元的控制下,在零电流下切换方向,不会产生环流。
The crane stator voltage regulating and speed regulating device is widely used. In the era of universal use of frequency converters, the stator voltage regulating device still has its advantages, simple installation, quick operation and easy maintenance. The stator voltage regulating and speed regulating device is connected in series with the stator loop. The control unit changes the stator voltage of the winding motor by changing the trigger angle of a group of thyristors which are connected back to back in parallel with each phase of the winding motor. The motor torque is proportional to the square of stator voltage. Motor speed is measured by feedback of rotor frequency. The direction conversion of the motor is controlled by two external commutation contactors. Under the control of the control unit, the direction switching under zero current will not generate circulating current.
