热轧MES质量检验功能模块的优化策略

OPTIMIZATION STRATEGY OF HOT ROLLING MES QUALITY INSPECTION FUNCTION MODULE

制造执行系统(MES)是现在钢铁企业生产管理中的重要一环,它能够通过先进的信息技术和网络技术,将生产制造的整个过程进行优化和管理。并且当生产过程中出现各种问题时,能够及时的做出反应,避免出现生产事故。但是在现在的热轧MES生产过程中其质量检验功能模块还存在一定的问题,本文针对这些问题进行了分析,并且提出了相应的优化建议。

Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is an important part of production management in iron and steel enterprises. It can optimize and manage the whole process of production and manufacturing through advanced information technology and network technology. And when there are various problems in the production process, it can react in time to avoid production accidents. However, there are still some problems in the quality inspection function module of hot rolling MES production process. In this paper, these problems are analyzed and corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward.
