摘要
随着生产节奏的不断加快,连铸机与加热炉对生产效率的要求越来越高,传统的人工手动传输板坯越来越不适应生产的形势。板坯连铸机智能送坯系统随之产生,本文介绍了板坯连铸机智能送坯系统的使用背景,设计原理。
With the continuous acceleration of production rhythm, continuous casters and heating furnaces require higher and higher production efficiency, and the traditional manual transmission of slabs is becoming more and more unsuitable to the production situation. Intelligent slab feeding system of slab continuous caster is coming into being. This paper introduces the application background and design principle of intelligent slab feeding system of slab continuous caster.
