摘要
机器人在进行钣金折弯作业当中,涉及到了较多的程序算法及原理,对其进行分析,同时对钣金成形过程做几何分析,明确机器人和折弯机之间运行参数要求。进而探讨了当前常见的折弯机器人厂商,以及我国目前机器人自动化钣金折弯的应用现状及不足之处。
In the process of sheet metal bending, the robot involves more program algorithms and principles, analyzes it, and performs geometric analysis on the sheet metal forming process to clarify the operating parameters between the robot and the bending machine. Furthermore, the current common bending robot manufacturers and the current application status and shortcomings of robotic automated sheet metal bending in China are discussed.
