高等学校思想政治教育载体品牌化探索与实践——以沈阳市高等学校“十佳大学生理论学习社团”求思学社为例

The Brand Strategy of the Carrier of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities——A Case Study of Thought Society, one of the Top Ten Theory Studying Societies of Students in Shenyang Colleges and Universities

党建带团建是党团建设的基本经验,是共青团开展思想引领、成长服务和自身建设的重要保证,是必须长期坚持的重要制度。近年来高等学校党建带团建成效显著,其思想引领载体也日趋丰富和完善。从大学生理论类社团品牌建设入手,以沈阳农业大学大学生理论类社团的全面建设为先导,以沈阳市高等学校"十佳大学生理论学习社团"求思学社的探索与实践为实例,提出党建带团建大学生理论类社团的构建模式和要点,就思想政治教育载体针对性和实效性的提升方面进行探索和实践,以期进一步发挥党组织的领导核心作用和共青团组织的先锋模范作用,团结带领党团大学生骨干创新典型示范和先进大学生群体的凝聚和辐射实效,促进大学生思想政治教育工作理论与实践的创新发展,为培养理想信念坚定的社会主义建设者和可靠接班人贡献才智。

That the Party building is employed to drive the Communist Youth League building is a basic experience for both the Party and League building,an important guarantee with which the League organizations implement thought leading,growth service and self-construction,and an important system which must be upheld for a long time.In recent years,the Party building driving the League building has achieved remarkable results in colleges and universities.And its thought leading carrier has become richer and more complete,too.Taking the brand construction of theory studying societies of college students as an entry point,the comprehensive construction of theory studying societies of Shenyang Agricultural Universities as prelusion,and the exploration and practice conducted by the Thought Society,one of the Top Ten Theory Studying Societies of College Students in Shenyang Colleges and Universities as a case,this paper puts forwards the construction mode and main points of theory studying societies of college students based on the idea of using the Party building to drive the League building and discusses the improvement of pertinence and effectiveness of the carrier of ideological and political education so as to give further play to the central role of Party organizations in leadership and the vanguard and exemplary role of League organizations,unite and lead the backbone student Party and League members to innovate the demonstration of advanced models and the effectiveness of cohesion and radiation of advanced college students,promote the continuous development of theory and practice of ideological and political work of college students,and contribute talent and wisdom to the cultivation of socialist builders and reliable successors with firm ideals and faiths.
