辽宁省文艺期刊发展的现实困境及其对策

在辽宁文艺事业发展中,文艺期刊是一支重要力量。进入21世纪以来,文艺期刊普遍发行量骤减、影响力降低。调查表明,《鸭绿江》《当代作家评论》《艺术广角》等14种辽宁文艺期刊普遍存在资金捉襟见肘、人才青黄不接和地位边缘化等问题。新媒体时代,传统文艺期刊渐趋小众化、专业化,但仍具有不可替代的功能和意义。为此,要增加对辽宁省文艺期刊的扶持力度,加大资金投入、改善人才环境、建立期刊联盟和扩大发行范围等,从而促进辽宁省文艺期刊健康、可持续发展。

In the development of literature and art in Liaoning province,literary and artistic journals are an important force.Since the new century,the circulation of literary and artistic journals has declined widely and sharply and their influence has declined,too.Investigation shows that there are fourteen kinds of literary and artistic journals in Liaoning Province,including Yalujiang,Contemporary Writer's Review and Art Panorama,which are generally confronted with such problems as the difficulty in finance,the shortage of talents and the disorder of management system.In the new media era,traditional literary and artistic journals are getting increasingly niche and professional,but they still have irreplaceable functions and significance.Solutions are put forward,such as increasing the capital investment,improving the talent environment,establishing the periodical alliance and expanding the distribution range,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Liaoning literary and artistic journals.
