基于SBM模型的山东省循环经济效率评价

Efficiency Evaluation of Circular Economy in Shandong Province Based on SBM Model of Undesirable Output

为探究山东省循环经济发展现状,运用处理含有非期望产出的SBM模型,对2016年山东省17个地市循环经济效率进行分析、评价,探究影响区域循环经济发展的原因,并使用系统聚类分析法对山东省循环经济效率区划分析。研究结果表明,非期望产出的引入明显降低了山东省循环经济效率水平,山东省大部分地区循环经济效率低的原因是纯技术效率值低;山东省循环经济发展地区差异较大,东部沿海地区发展较好,中西部地区较差。

In order to explore the development status of circular economy in Shandong Province,the efficiency of circular economy in all the cities of Shandong Province in 2016 is analyzed and evaluated by using SBM model with undesired output and the reasons that affect the development of circular economy are explored.Then the circular economy efficiency regionalization in Shandong province is analyzed by using cluster analysis method.The results show that the introduction of undesired output significantly reduces the efficiency of circular economy in Shandong Province.The reason for the low efficiency of circular economy in most parts of Shandong Province is due to the low efficiency of pure technology.The eastern coastal areas are developing better,and the central and western regions are lower.
