microRNA在缺血性脑卒中病理生理过程中发挥作用的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 脑卒中(Stroke)是世界范围成人致死的第二大原因和致残的主要原因,给患者、家庭和社会带来沉重的生活、情感和经济负担[1]。在不同的卒中类型中,缺血性脑卒中(Ischemic Stroke,IS)占85%[2,3]。一系列复杂的病理过程在脑卒中前发生[4],启动、维持甚至促进了缺血性脑卒中的进程。微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类长约21到23个核苷酸长度的非编码小分子RNA,通过特异性结合靶mRNA上的互补序列,调节、翻译或降解靶mRNA来调控基因表达,并在许多病理过程中起到重要作用[5,6]。
