绿色酒店建筑评价体系构建与实证研究

On Development and Application of the Green Hotel Building Evaluation System

绿色酒店建筑评价是衡量酒店建筑节能减排、环境质量等要素,规范酒店建筑节能环保工作,指导未来发展方向的数量化、模型化、系统化决策过程。参考国内外绿色酒店建筑评价研究成果,以海南为例,构建包含资源利用、环境质量、规划设计、管理运作4个维度的评价体系,确定指标量化、指标权重和综合评价模型,建立五级评价等级,通过案例实证研究对评价体系验证。根据研究结果,提出绿色酒店建筑应用推广的对策建议。

Green hotel building evaluation,an important element in the measurement of a hotel building's energy conservation,emission reduction and environment quality,is a modeled,quantitative,systematic decision-making process that helps to regulate hotels'energy-saving and environment-protecting work in terms of their buildings and to guide future development.Referring to the research results of green hotel building evaluation at home and abroad,taking Hainan as an example,this paper constructs an evaluation system which includes the four dimensions of resource utilization,environmental quality,planning and design,management and operation,determines index quantification,index weight and comprehensive evaluation model,establishes a five-level evaluation grade,and verifies the evaluation system by case study.Based on the research results,the countermeasures and suggestions for application and popularization of green hotel building are put forward.
