摘要
建立铁路客运综合服务中心,做好售票组织,是发展铁路客运营销的重要方法之一。为充分发挥铁路行业优势,在分析中国铁路郑州局集团有限公司铁路旅客发送现状的基础上,提出建立铁路客运综合服务中心,从售票、候车、运输、中转及衔接换乘、市场营销、延伸服务等方面设置功能,从公路客流集散地区、务工客流集散地区、航空客流集散地区、城市客流集散地区的客流特点和成分,探讨铁路客运综合服务中心分类规划,进一步拓宽现有客运业务及种类,开发新的客运增值服务,扩大铁路的辐射范围。
It is one of the most important ways to develop the railway passenger service to establish the comprehensive railway passenger service center and improve the ticket service.To give a full play to the advantages of the railway industry,based on the analysis of the current situation of the railway passenger volume of Zhengzhou Railway Group Co.,Ltd.,an establishment of a comprehensive passenger service center for railway passenger transport is put forward.The functions are set up from the aspects of ticketing,waiting,transportation,transfer and connection,marketing and extended services,etc.The characteristics and components of road passenger flow,migrant workers flow,air passenger flow and urban passenger flow are discussed,and the classification planning of railway passenger service centers is discussed,further expanding the existing passenger services and types,developing new passenger value-added services and expanding the scope of the railway service.
