东部通道中欧班列发展对策研究

A Study on the Development Countermeasures of the East Corridor of China Railway Express

随着"一带一路"建设不断推进,东部通道中欧班列作为深化我国对俄、对欧经贸合作的重要载体和抓手,进入新的发展阶段。在阐述东部通道中欧班列发展现状的基础上,针对东部通道中欧班列存在的俄铁口岸运输效率不适应、本地货源不足以支撑班列开行、回程班列货源组织比较困难、物流公共信息平台有待健全等问题,提出提高俄方通关便利性、多措并举开好中欧班列、加大回程班列组织力度、建设物流公共信息平台的发展对策,为东部通道中欧班列高质量发展提供借鉴。

With the continuous progress of“the Best and Road Initiative”,the east corridor of China Railway Express(CRE)has entered a new stage of development as an important carrier and starting point for deepening China’s economic and trade cooperation with Russia and Europe.On the basis of current situation of the development of east corridor of CRE,this paper analyzes the existing problems such as the poor port operation efficiency on the Russian Railway side,insufficient local goods supply to support the train operation,less return goods supply,imperfect logistics public information platform,etc.It then puts forward the development countermeasures such as improving the Russian customs clearance convenience,improving CRE with multiple measures,intensifying return goods organization,constructing of logistics public information platform,so as to provide reference for a high quality development of east corridor of CRE.
