基于?DEA?方法的亚欧铁路国际联运通道竞争性研究

A Study on the Competitiveness of International Railway Transportation Corridors based on DEA Method

在"一带一路"倡议的带动下,中国铁路国际联运发展迅速。为进一步完善中国铁路国际联运通道的竞争力,提升铁路国际联运服务水平,在概述亚欧铁路国际联运通道的基础上,从运输能力、服务质量、经济性、通畅性和安全性5个方面构建国际联运通道竞争性指标体系,建立基于DEA方法的铁路国际联运通道竞争性评价模型。以4条典型的铁路国际联运通道为例,分析各条通道的竞争性,得出中国铁路国际联运通道在经济性方面有待提高的结论,同时提出加强信息化服务、增加铁路通关便利程度、均衡往返货源组织等发展对策。

Driven by the Belt and Road Initiative,China Railway international transportation business grows rapidly.To further improve the competitiveness of China Railway international corridors and the international railway transportation service,this paper outlines the competitive index system of international corridors from 5 aspects:transport capacity,service quality,economy,smoothness and security,and establishes a competitive evaluation model of railway international intermodal passageway based on DEA method.Taking 4 typical international railway corridors as examples,this paper analyzes the competitiveness of various corridors,and draws the conclusion that China Railway international corridors needs to be improved in terms of economy,and puts forward some development countermeasures such as strengthening information service,increasing the convenience of railway customs clearance and balancing the organization of round-trip goods.
