摘要
为应对原料的劣质化,提高煤油加氢精制催化剂的原料适应性,通过对载体进行镧改性,成功制备了劣质煤油专用加氢精制催化剂,用多种仪器表征手段对催化剂进行了表征。在完全相同的工艺条件下,与未进行镧改性催化剂以及国内市场上的同类催化剂进行加氢活性比较评价。评价结果表明,本研究中的经过镧改性后的催化剂,其加氢产品主要性质指标优于对比催化剂,催化剂其他各项指标满足工业应用要求。
To deal with the inferior quality of raw materials,and improve feedstock adaptability of kerosene hydrofining catalyst,the carrier was modified by Lanthanum,and finally the heavy kerosene hydrogenation catalyst was prepared successfully.The catalysts were characterized by many instruments and means.Compared with the unmodified catalyst and domestic mainstream reference catalyst under the same process condition,the Lanthanum modified catalyst showed a higher hydrogenation activity,and the indicators of the main product were better than the comparative catalyst.Other indicators of the catalyst meet the requirements of industrial applications.
