摘要
作为新一轮工业革命的核心技术,智能制造不仅成为中国制造业变革的核心,而且可被视为我国制造业转型升级的制高点与未来发展方向。智能型制造是制造业数字化、网络化、智能化,其是企业为逐步适应激烈的全球市场竞争而发展起来的一种崭新生产范式,经历单件小批量制造范式、大规模生产范式、大规模定制范式以及智能制造范式的演变过程。德国工业4.0与中国制造2025在发展背景、基本框架、重点突破领域、执行目标、行动路径以及未来前景规划等方面,具有较为明显的迥异性。德国在制造业领域具有较强的竞争力,其制定的工业4.0作为对未来制造业发展的战略规划,对中国制造2025的完善及其在实践中的推进具有非常重要的战略理念启示价值。为积极发展智能制造,进而抢占未来国际制造业竞争的制高点,应从以下几方面推进中国智能制造的发展:一是陆续落实创新驱动,强化顶层设计,坚持标准先行;二是不断强化制造业"两化"的深度融合,启动国家智能制造大型专项工程建设,逐步推动制造业的智能化;三是借助于互联网大力发展与智能制造相关的个性定制、网络化制造以及服务型制造;四是不断拓宽政策覆盖面并完善创新政策体系,增强相关政策的支撑和保障功能。
As the core technology of the new round of industrial revolution,intelligent manufacturing has not only become the core of China's manufacturing reform,but also can be regarded as the commanding point and development direction of the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.Intelligent manufacturing is a digital,networked and intelligent manufacturing industry.It is a new production paradigm developed by enterprises in order to adapt to the fierce global market competition step by step.Intelligent manufacturing has gone through the evolution process of single small batch manufacturing paradigm,mass production paradigm,mass customization paradigm and intelligent manufacturing paradigm.German industry 4.0 and"Made in China 2025"have obvious differences in development background,basic framework,key breakthrough areas,implementation goals,action paths and future prospect planning.Germany has strong competitiveness in the field of manufacturing industry.As a strategic plan for the future development of manufacturing industry,the industry 4.0 formulated by Germany has very important strategic concept enlightenment value for the improvement of"Made in China 2025"and its promotion in practice.In order to actively develop intelligent manufacturing and seize the commanding point of the future international manufacturing competition,We should strengthen the top-level design,strengthen the deep integration of"two-oriented"manufacturing industry,and develop networked manufacturing related to intelligent manufacturing with the help of the Internet.
