摘要
针对传统的光学衍射实验装置存在的不足,设计了基于电光扫描的激光衍射实验仪.该实验仪采用数字式电光扫描器进行一维或二维阵列式的激光扫描,可对阵列衍射器件进行逐个照射,无需移动掩模版就可观察到相应的夫琅禾费衍射图样,并用CCD相机和图像采集卡配合PC机实时采集、显示和处理图像.利用该仪器可以进行激光扫描演示实验及菲涅耳衍射实验,具有灵活扫描、实时存储和处理等特点.
In view of the shortcomings of the traditional laser diffraction experiment system, a new laser diffraction experiment system was developed. Digital electro-optic scanners for one- or two-dimensional array laser scanning were used in the proposed system. The corresponding Fraunhofer diffraction pattern could be observed without moving the mask. A CCD camera collected images, displayed and processed them in real-time. Laser scanning demonstration experiment and Fresnel diffraction experiment were carried out using the self-made instrument. It had the characteristics of flexible scanning, real-time storage and processing.
