Temporary project cost is one of the components of project cost,and its saving affects the size of project profit.This paper expounds the common problems of leading high cost of temporary project,including the construction quantity exceeding the proper quantity,the price of materials being too high,the construction standard exceeding the general design standard,the single and inf lexible construction content,the joint construction of land and enterprises not being considered,the combination of forever and near not being used,the low recovery and reuse rate.In view of the above problems,puts forward the concrete countermeasures,in order to achieve the effect of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
