从业主的角度出发,对比分析昆明某商品房项目投资估算与实际投资,找出项目实施阶段投资失控的诱因,并提出针对性的管控建议,为今后类似商品房项目实施阶段的投资管控提供参考。

From the owner’s perspective,this paper compares and analyzes the investment estimation and actual investment of a commercial housing project in Kunming,finds out the reasons for investment out of control in the project implementation stage,and puts forward targeted management and control recommendations,in order to provide reference for investment management and control of similar commercial housing projects.
