我国PPP模式发展问题与建议研究

Research on Problems and Suggestions of PPP Model Development in China

随着各省市政府进一步规范PPP发展模式,PPP模式的发展方向由规模扩张转向质量提升。基于PPP模式在我国的发展现状,分析我国PPP模式推进过程中存在的问题,并提出树立科学发展理念、完善法律法规、逐步扩大民资PPP项目参与度等相关建议。

Along with local governments further standardized the development of PPP,and the development direction of PPP shifted from scale expansion to quality improvement.Based on the current situation of PPP development in China,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of PPP promotion in China,and puts forward some relevant suggestions,such as setting up scientific development concept,perfecting laws and regulations,and gradually expanding the participation of private in PPP project.
