摘要
从既有建筑节能改造投资运行的系统分析入手,构建其投资风险分析框架体系,阐述ESCO既有建筑节能改造项目投资风险客观性、阶段性、复杂性、动态性、系统性、多重反馈性的特征,为ESCO有效实施既有建筑节能改造项目投资风险管理提供借鉴。
Starting from the systematic analysis of the investment operation of the existing building energysaving renovation,this paper constructs its investment risk analysis framework,expounds the characteristics of the investment risk of the existing building energy-saving renovation project in ESCO,such as objectivity,stage,complexity,dynamic,systematic and multiple feedback,in order to provide reference for ESCO to effectively implement investment risk management of existing building energy saving reconstruction projects.
