摘要
结合新配方连续线中试实验,详细介绍了B1级阻燃聚氨酯连续板材配方的研发思路及生产工艺控制,对生产的B1级软面夹芯板进了芯密度、导热系数、燃烧性能、压缩强度、拉拔强度、尺寸稳定性、耐候性及耐冻融性等方面的测试。结果表明,在链板温度65℃、黑白料温度18~21℃、浇注量240 g/s、混合压力13~14 MPa、链板线速5. 2 m/s的工艺条件下生产的5 cm厚夹芯板聚氨酯泡沫的芯密度大于35 kg/m3,泡沫导热系数为21. 4 m W/(m·K),夹芯板燃烧性能分级符合B1级阻燃标准中的C级标准,压缩强度可达0. 19 MPa,拉拔强度可达0. 11 MPa,尺寸变化率小于1%,可通过耐候性与耐冻融性实验测试,各项性能均达到国家标准。
By combined with pilot test using the new formula in continuous production line, the way to develop the B1 grade flame-retardant rigid PU foam formula for continuous sandwich panel and the processing parameters control in continuous production line were introduced in detail. A comprehensive tests on the density, thermal con-ductivity of the foam and combustion performance, compressive and tensile strength, dimensional stability, weather resistance and freeze-thaw resistance of the panel were carried out. The results showed that, when the belt temperature of the lamination machine was 65 ℃, the temperature range of the polyol and isocyanate was 18~21 ℃, the output flow was 240 g/ s, the mixing pressure range was 13 ~14 MPa, the belt velocity was 5.2 m/ s, the 5 cm thickness B1 grade rigid PU foam panel were produced. The foam density was more than 35 kg/ m^3, the thermal conductivity of the foam was 21.4 mW/(m·K),the classification for burning behavior of the panel was C sub-grade in B1 grade, the compressive strength of the panel was about 0.19 MPa, the tensile strength of the panel was about 0.11 MPa, the size change rate of the panel was less than 1%, the panel could pass the test of weather resistance and freezing and thawing resistance. The performances were in line with the national standards.
