高回弹聚氨酯泡沫塑料中三醛物质控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过自建方法评价了采用万华Wanol F3135、东大EP-330NY和可利亚FA-703这3种聚醚多元醇制备的3个高回弹聚氨酯泡沫塑料样品中的三醛(甲醛,乙醛,丙烯醛)含量,并进一步根据通用汽车全球标准GMW15635的方法,考察了3款醛类抑制剂FM-208、DJ-208、AS-88对泡沫中三醛物质含量的抑制作用,研究了在密闭条件下醛类抑制剂AS-88的使用时效性。结果表明,综合考虑经济成本和生产实际情况,选用聚醚多元醇Wanol F3135,添加1份(以多元醇质量为100份计)醛类抑制剂AS-88,可以得到三醛物质含量极低的高回弹聚氨酯泡沫塑料样品。在密闭条件下,该款醛类抑制剂可以持续较长时间发挥除醛效果。根据研究结果开发出了具有较低醛含量的组合聚醚产品。 The comparison of aldehydes content in three kinds of polyether polyols Wanol F3135, EP-330NY and FA-703 were evaluated by self-built method in high resilience(HR) polyurethane(PU) foam. The effects of the aldehyde inhibitors FM-208, DJ-208 and AS-88 on the reduce of formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and acraldehyde in HR PU foam were evaluated through GMW15635 method. The use timeliness of the inhibitor AS-88 in airtight con-dition was researched. The results showed that, in consideration of economic costs and production, high resilience foam with low formaldehyd, acetaldehyde and acraldehyde content could be prepared when 1 percent of polyol weight of AS-88 was added and stored in airtight condition. Through the research, the blended polyether polyol was produced and was commercially sold.
