摘要
为进一步了解预拌砂浆生产企业的出厂检测能力和操作水平,江苏省建工建材质量检测中心组织25家预拌砂浆生产企业进行了预拌砂浆产品质量检验比对工作。对收回的比对试验结果采用Grubbs准则,按照《利用实验室间比对进行能力验证的统计方法(GB/T28043-2011)》的稳健分析方法的算法A进行了统计、分析和总结。研究旨在通过定期开展预拌砂浆比对试验,加强对预拌砂浆企业试验室的质量管理,提高预拌砂浆企业试验室人员的检测水平和出厂检测能力,从而控制预拌砂浆产品质量,更有效地为预拌砂浆生产企业服务。
In order to further understand the inspection capability and operation level of ready-mixed mortar production enterprises, Jiangsu Construction Material Quality Inspection Center has organized 25 ready-mixed mortar production enterprises to conduct quality inspection and comparison of ready-mixed mortar products.According to Grubbs criterion, the results are analyzed and summarized according to the algorithm A of the robust analysis method of "Statistical Method for Capability Verification by Interlaboratory Comparison (GB/T 28043-2011)". The purpose of the study is to strengthen the quality management of the laboratory of ready-mixed mortar enterprises, improve the detection level of the laboratory staff and the ability of ex-factory detection, so as to control the quality of ready-mixed mortar products and serve the ready-mixed mortar enterprises more effectively.
