摘要
本文以专用铁屑防护工装对产品防护过程作为试验、分析对象,从牵引电机因铁屑残留遇到的问题出发,对于定子铁心加工后可能产生铁屑的源头进行分析研究,从而规范铁屑防护工装的设计,确保铁屑不进入产品内腔、盲孔、通孔等位置,从源头上消除铁屑对产品质量的影响,以及对铁屑防护工装在实际生产中的使用进行跟踪,特别关注杜绝铁屑残留的效果,确认专用铁屑防护工装对产品质量的提升,为专用铁屑防护工装的推广应用做好准备。
Taking the protection process of special iron chips protective tooling to products as the research object, starting from the problem encountered by the traction motor due to iron chip residue, the source of iron chip after the stator core processing is analyzed and studied, so as to standardize the design of iron chip protective tooling to ensure that iron chip does not enter the product cavity and the position of blind hole and through hole which can eliminate the influence of iron chips on product quality from the source, and track the use of iron chips protective tooling in actual production, pay special attention to the effect of eliminating iron chips residue, confirm the improvement of product quality by special iron chips protective tooling, and do a good job for the popularization and application of special iron chips protective tooling.
