摘要
空调室外机的噪声源主要有压缩机、风机、管路系统,其中的压缩机、管路系统的噪声问题是当今消费者投诉的重点。而室外机噪声的影响因素除了压缩机振动噪声的性能差异、管路结构设计合理性之外,室外机的结构设计及生产加工的密封性也是重要的一环。提高外机结构的密封性,减少压缩机、风机噪声从结构缝隙处产生绕射、衍射,可以有效降低外机噪声,能够达到良好的室外机降噪效果。
Noise sources of outdoor unit of air-conditioner mainly include compressor, fan and pipeline system, especially the noise from the compressor and pipeline system, which are the focus of consumers’complaints. In addition to the performance differences of compressor vibration and noise and the rationality of pipeline structure design, the structural design and the sealing of production and processing of outdoor unit are also important factors affecting noise performance. It can effectively reduce the noise of the outdoor unit by enhancing the sealing property of the outdoor machine unit and reducing the diffraction of the noise of compressor and fan from the aperture of the structure.
