摘要 旋转机械的振动信号频谱分析中,存在单源信号信息不完整、频率调制等问题,导致频谱不能全面、清晰地反映设备运行状态,增加误判风险。而全矢谱技术能充分融合双通道振动信息,Hilbert变换对时域信号包络解调效果良好,结合两者的优点形成Hilbert-全矢谱方法,并将其应用于滚动轴承退化过程分析中。实验表明,Hilbert-全矢谱能更加准确、全面地反映设备振动特性,从中提取的特征主振矢,既能够表征滚动轴承退化过程中的振动强度,又可以区分其故障类型。 Some problems such as incomplete information of single-source signal and Frequency modulation exist in the vibration signal spectrum analysis of rotating machinery, contributing to incomplete and fuzzy identification of the running state of device. To solve this, Hilbert-full spectrum method is employed, which combines the good effect of time domain signal envelope demodulation of Hilbert transform and advantage of full vector spectrum technology integrating the advantages of homogeneous dual-channel vibration information fully, and applied to the degradation process analysis of rolling bearings. The experiments illustrate that Hilbert-full - spectrum shows more accurate and comprehensive vibration performance. The characteristic main vibration vectors extracted from this can characterize vibration intensity of degradation process of rolling bearingsand distinguish other categories of failure mode.
