摘要
根据GB/T 33303—2016 《煤质分析中测量不确定度评定指南》和MT/T 1—2007 《商品煤含矸率和限下率的测定方法》的相关规定,结合数学模型及不确定度分量的主要来源分析,从测量重复性引起的不确定(A类评定)、台秤称量所致的不确定度(B类评定)、合成标准不确定度的计算、扩展不确定度的确定、测量结果的表示等方面对不确定进行评定,即对批煤块炭进行限下率测定并对限下率测定全过程不确定度的各个分量进行分析、计算、合成,评定出块炭限下率的不确定度。
According to relative content of GB/T 33303-2016 Guide for evaluation of measurement uncertainty in coal analysis and MT/T 1-2007 Determination of refuse-content and undersize fraction of commercial coal,combining with mathematical model and the main sources analysis of uncertainty components,the uncertainties were evaluated in terms of uncertainty caused by measurement repeatability(type A evaluation),uncertainty caused by weighing scale(type B evaluation),calculation of synthetic standard uncertainty,determination of expanded uncertainty,and expression of measurement results.The undersize fraction of lump carbon in batch coal was determined,in the whole process of determination,each component of uncertainty was analyzed,calculated and synthesized,the uncertainty of lump carbon’s undersize fraction was evaluated.
