CNAS-CL01:2018《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》部分条款分析及在煤炭检测实验室中的应用

Application of sectional clause analysis of CNAS-CL01:2018 “Accreditation criteria for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories” in coal testing laboratory

选取CNAS-CL01:2018 《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》中的方法验证和方法确认、接收样品时状态偏离及报告中包含客户提供的数据等3个方面的条款进行分析,并结合煤炭检测实验室的特定情况讨论条款的应用。结合方法验证和方法确认概述、定义及其区别,重点探讨方法验证和方法确认在煤炭检测实验室中的应用。对样品状态偏离进行条款解析,从水分发生损失、样品数量不足、样品的时效性、样品粒度不满足相关要求等方面论述样品状态偏离条款在煤炭检测实验室中的应用,并阐述了对实验室活动方法的偏离应事先将该偏离形成文件并进行技术判断,使其获得授权并被客户接受。针对报告包含有客户提供的数据,准则要求实验室应在报告中明确标识出客户提供的数据,并建议当客户提供的数据有可能影响结果的有效性时应有免责声明。

Three aspects such as method verification and method confirmation,status deviation when the sample was received,and the data provided by customer in report in CNAS-CL01:2018 Accreditation criteria for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories were selected to do the analysis,and combining with the specific circumstances of coal testing laboratory,the clauses were discussed.Combining with method verification,method confirmation overview,definition and their differences,the application of method verification and method confirmation in coal testing laboratory was discussed.The clause analysis of sample status deviation was done,and from aspects such as moisture loss,insufficient sample amount,sample timeliness and not satisfied sample size and so on,the application of sample status deviation clause in coal testing laboratory was demonstrated,meanwhile,the sample status deviation prolongation and method deviation were analyzed as well.Regarding to report which contained the data provided by customers,the guidelines requires that the data provided by customers should be marked in report by laboratory,and it was suggested that when the data provided by customers might affect the effectiveness of results,the disclaimer should be proposed.
