摘要
为节约能源,在分析叉车动力系统能量的消耗后,提出了结合燃料电池、蓄电池和超级电容混合动力的电动叉车驱动系统方案。详述了该混合动力系统的工作原理,并分析了该方案的工作模式。针对叉车举升系统与频繁制动的工况,总结出了关于重物势能回收与制动系统机械能再生利用的混合动力系统节能方案。
In order to save energy,this paper proposes the driving system of hybrid power forklift combined with fuel cell,battery and supercapacitor after analyzing the energy consumption of the forklift power system,and describes the working principleof the hybrid power system and working mode of the schemeindetail.Aiming at the forklift lifting system and frequent braking condition,the energy-saving scheme of hybrid power system about potential energy recovery of heavy objects and mechanical energy reuse of braking system is summarized.
