摘要 以某多轴重载挂车为研究对象,推导了变密度法拓扑优化的求解过程,用ANSYS对重载挂车承载梁进行了结构拓扑优化。通过有限元计算结果与原设计结构相比较,确定为更合理的结构拓扑形状。研究表明了这种优化方法的实用性和优越性,为重型车在初始阶段的结构设计提供了理论依据。 Taking a multi-axle heavy-duty trailer as the research object,the solution process of topology optimization using variable density method is deduced,and the structural topological optimization of the bearing beam of heavy-duty trailer is carried out by ANSYS.Comparing the results of finite element analysis with the original design structure,a more reasonable topological structure is determined.The research shows the practicability and superiority of this optimization method,which provides a theoretical basis for the structural design of heavy-duty vehicle in the initial stage.
