摘要
针对地铁屏蔽门的动作要求,开发了地铁屏蔽门的控制系统。建立了基于PLC的控制系统组成框图,确定了PLC的输入/输出点数并选择了PLC的型号,设计了PLC的外部接线图和控制程序。控制系统可以实现手动和自动控制两种模式,手动控制时可以用按钮实现单步运行,自动控制时利用传感器实现信号的采集和反馈,该控制系统具有良好的可行性和可靠性。
Aiming at the movement requirements of subway platform screen doors,a control system for subway screen doors is developed.The block diagram of the control system based on PLC is established,the input/output points of the PLC are determined,the type of the PLC is selected,and the external wiring diagram and control program of the PLC are designed.The control system can realize two modes of manual control and automatic control.In manual control,buttons can be used to realize one-step operation,and sensors can be used to collect and feedback signals in automatic control.The control system has good feasibility and reliability.
