摘要
通过建立采煤机牵引部双电机动态力学模型和仿真模型,并利用Simulink软件分别对主从控制和交叉耦合控制的系统响应进行仿真分析。结果表明所建立模型能够充分反映双电机系统运行情况,在双电机驱动系统中,交叉耦合控制由于增加了速度耦合控制部分,使得交叉耦合控制比主从控制同步精度高,响应速度快,能够有效提高电机的抗干扰能力。
The dynamic mechanical model and simulation model of the dual motor drive system in shearer traction unit are established,and the system response of the master-slave control and the cross-coupling control are simulated by Simulink software.The results show that the established model can fully reflect the operation of the dual motor system.In the dual motor drive system,due to the increase of the speed coupling control part,the cross-coupling control has higher synchronization precision and faster response than the master-slave control,and can effectively improve the anti-interference ability of the motor.
