摘要
航空发动机在工作时很容易吸入砂石、机械零件、塑料等硬体外物,撞击风扇和压气机叶片造成损伤。针对此类问题,建立了瞬态非线性数值分析模型,求解叶片在硬体外物撞击下的瞬态动力响应,并分析阻尼系数、外物质量、撞击速度、叶片刚度等因素对结果的影响,得出响应参数随上述变量的变化规律,以期对发动机叶片外物撞击识别和损伤分析评价提供指导和依据。
When an aeroengine works,it is easy to suck in hard objects such as sand,mechanical parts,plastics and so on,which will impact the fan and compressor blades and cause damage.In order to solve this problem,the transient nonlinear numerical analysis model is established to solve the transient dynamic response of blades under the impact of hard objects.The effects of damping coefficient,external mass,impact velocity and blade stiffness on the results are analyzed,and the variation rule of response parameters with the above variables is obtained.This study aims at providing guidance and basis for the identification of foreign object impact and damage analysis evaluation of aeroengine blades.
