摘要 随动系统是发射设备武器系统的重要部分,随动系统的性能将直接影响防空武器系统的整体作战效果。为提高随动系统的设计效率,采用三维建模软件UG开展某型随动系统的三维模型建模、装配工作。并基于多体动力学分析软件Adams仿真环境构建包含少齿差传动型式的随动系统机械虚拟样机模型,结合Matlab/Simulink仿真平台建立发射设备随动系统控制动态联合仿真模型,并对其进行了实时仿真和分析研究,既可利用该模型指导实际系统中参数的调整,又可以为发射设备随动系统的设计提供可靠的参考依据。 The servo system is an important part of missile launching device.In order to improve the design efficiency of the servo system,The UG software was applied to build the model and assemble for servo system.Based on Adams simulation environment,a mechanical virtual prototype model of servo system with few tooth difference transmission was constructed.Combining with the simulation platform of MATLAB/Simulink,the dynamic co-simulation model of the servo system control of launching equipment was established,and the real-time simulation and analysis were carried out.This model can be used to guide the adjustment of parameters in the actual system.It provides a reliable reference for the design of the servo system of launching equipment.
