Detection and control system of chain tension of scraper conveyor

针对刮板输送机链条张力的检测及控制问题,首先介绍了常见的链条张力检测方法,然后对链条的伸长量及各部分张力等进行了计算。在此基础上,进一步研究了链条张力动态控制系统的组成结构,并对悬垂量检测装置和张力控制执行机构的工作原理进行了分析。

Aiming at the detection and control of chain tension of scraper conveyor,this paper first introduced the common methods of measuring the chain tension,and then calculated the elongation of the chain and the tension of each part.On this basis,the composition of the chain tension dynamic control system was further studied,and the working principle of the pendency detection device and the tension control actuator were analyzed.
