摘要
为了提高玻璃钢水处理罐生产质量和生产效率,提升产品的性能,针对水处理罐组装端口铣削功能进行了设计和仿真。通过对水处理罐组装端口铣削装置的结构特性和原理分析,在建模软件Creo4. 0中对端口铣削装置总体设计与装配,并计算切削力和夹具夹紧力的大小。将设计的关键零部件导入ANSYS Workbench中进行静力学分析,对分析结果进行讨论,结果表明符合设计要求。在ADAMS中对端口铣削和罐体夹紧的装置进行仿真分析,分析不同直径的罐体在端口切削时的运动曲线,分析结果表明铣削装置总体设计满足实际生产的设计要求。
In order to improve the production quality and production efficiency of FRP water treatment tank,the port milling function of water treatment tank assembly was designed and simulated.Through the analysis of the structure characteristics and principle of the port milling device for water treatment tank assembly,the overall design and assembly of the port milling device were carried in Creo4.0,and the cutting force and clamping force of the fixture were calculated.The key parts of the design are imported into ANSYS Workbench for static analysis,and the results meet the design requirements.The port milling device and tank fixture were simulated and analyzed in ADAMS.The motion curves of different diameter tanks during port cutting were analyzed.The analysis results show that the overall design of the milling device meets the design requirements of actual production.
