摘要
矿用输送机在煤矿综采作用线的运输过程中起着关键的作用,而传统以经验公式静态的设计过程往往只关注了静态的主要的设计因素而存在改善的空间。为此以优化设计方法为基础,运用Matlab对螺旋体进行优化设计,产品的质量和体积得到减小,从而节约了材料,使得制造成本有一定的降低。
Mine conveyor plays a key role in the transportation process of fully mechanized mining operation in coal mine,but the traditional design process often only focuses on the static main design factors,there is room for improvement.Therefore,based on the optimization design method,the helix was optimized by Matlab.The weight and volume of the product were reduced,which saved materials and reduced the manufacturing cost to a certain extent.
